Refund Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

We want you to be happy with Ad Clanker. This policy explains when and how refunds are granted. If you have a question not covered here, email hi@adclanker.com.

1. One-Time Purchases (First Ad — $39)

The First Ad purchase is non-refundable once your video has been successfully generated. Because generation consumes AI compute on your behalf, we are unable to recover those costs after the fact.

If your generation failed due to a platform error and your ad was not delivered, your ad slot is automatically returned to your account. If that does not happen within 10 minutes, contact us and we will manually restore it or issue a full refund.

2. Subscriptions (Solo, Standard, Plus)

Once you have generated an ad on your subscription, that charge is non-refundable. Generating an ad consumes AI compute on your behalf and that cost cannot be recovered.

If you subscribed and have not yet generated any ads, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

3. Annual Plans

The same rule applies to annual plans: once you have generated an ad, the purchase is non-refundable. If you have not generated any ads, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hi@adclanker.comwith the subject line “Refund request” and include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is open. Please reach out — we almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
