Posting your ad to TikTok, Meta & YouTube

Your AdClanker ad is a 15-second, vertical 9:16 MP4. The native format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. No cropping, no re-encoding, no extra editing app. Here’s how to post it on each platform.

A quick note on accuracy:platforms update their upload flows and menu wording regularly. If a step below doesn’t match exactly what you see, check the platform’s current help docs. The order of steps and the intent of each setting should still hold.

Before you post

  • Download the finished MP4 from your Ad Clanker delivery page.
  • Write a short caption with a hook in the first line. The video does the rest.
  • Add 2–4 relevant hashtags (your niche, your product category, your city if local).
  • Remember to turn on AI disclosure on the platform you’re posting to. See our AI disclosure guide for exactly which toggle to flip.

TikTok

  1. Open the TikTok app and tap the + button to start a new post.
  2. Upload the MP4 from your camera roll.
  3. Trim the clip if needed (it’s already cut to 15 seconds).
  4. Add your caption and hashtags.
  5. Toggle “AI-generated content” on in the disclosure settings.
  6. Post.

Instagram / Facebook (Meta)

  1. Create a new Reel in Instagram or Facebook.
  2. Upload the MP4.
  3. Add a caption and choose a cover frame.
  4. Set the AI-info / AI-content disclosure for the post.
  5. Share to Reels — and to Feed too, if you want the extra reach.

YouTube Shorts

  1. Tap Create, then Upload a video.
  2. Choose the vertical MP4 (it’s under YouTube’s 60-second Shorts limit).
  3. Add a title and description, including #Shorts.
  4. Answer the altered/synthetic-content question “Yes.”
  5. Publish.

Tips that help ads perform

  • Make the first two seconds count. That’s the window before someone scrolls past.
  • Add captions or on-screen text so the ad works with the sound off.
  • Post consistently rather than once and done. Frequency builds trust.
